Currently, roof structure projects are scheduled into 2027, and decks are booked about four months out.
Strong Compensation Package:
- $20–$30/hr based on experience.
- Beat-the-Budget Bonus – Earn extra when you help projects run efficiently.

Requirements:
- Proven experience in deck building or carpentry for outdoor structures.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Willingness to follow our methods, including safe practices and project protocols.
- Ability to communicate professionally and collaborate on-site.
Your Role:
As part of our deck-building crew, you’ll:
- Install high-end composite decks, railings, and patio structures.
- Use clear scopes and time budgets to guide your day.
- Work with skilled teammates and foremen to bring outdoor living spaces to life.
- Practice safety, cleanliness, and professionalism on every site.
