Be the Quarterback of Your Crew. Build Projects That Win.

Do you thrive under pressure, love working toward a goal, and want more of a coach than a boss? We’re looking for someone who sees their crew as a team, their job site as the field, and every project as a win to chase.

At Holmes Custom Renovations, we install Custom Decks, Roof Structures Siding, and more—and we’re looking for leaders who show up with tenacity, precision, and strong values. Whether you’re a seasoned pro or a carpenter ready to grow into a leadership role, this is your opportunity to step up and run the play.

What We’re Looking For:

Tenacity – You show up, follow through, and hustle until the job is done.
Precision – You take pride in clean lines, quality finishes, and details that matter.
Values – You do the right thing, work well with others, and treat clients with respect.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Installing James Hardie siding, composite decks, and patio covers/outdoor structures.
Leading or collaborating on job sites with clear scopes and daily targets.
Following proven processes for craftsmanship, safety, and efficiency.
Working with a foreman who acts more like a coach than a boss.

Required:

Proven experience in exterior remodeling, carpentry, or deck building.
Valid driver’s license & reliable transportation.
Willingness to learn and follow our processes.
Respect for leadership — even if it comes from someone younger.
Commitment to safety and professionalism.

Pay & Perks:

$20–$40/hr based on experience.
Beat-the-Budget Bonuses – Earn more when jobs are done efficiently.
Profit Sharing – Company-wide bonus pool when we hit performance goals.
Up to 144 hours of PTO + paid holidays.
Health, Dental & Vision Insurance.
Simple IRA with 3% Company Match.
Tools & Training Provided – We invest in your success.
