Currently, roof structure projects are scheduled into 2027, and decks are booked about four months out.

Strong Compensation Package:

$20–$30/hr based on experience.
Beat-the-Budget Bonus – Earn extra when you help projects run efficiently.

Requirements:

Proven experience in deck building or carpentry for outdoor structures.

Your Role:

As part of our deck-building crew, you’ll:

Install high-end composite decks, railings, and patio structures.
Use clear scopes and time budgets to guide your day.
Work with skilled teammates and foremen to bring outdoor living spaces to life.
Practice safety, cleanliness, and professionalism on every site.
